Fulfillment Policy

The following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) administer the use of the UnderdogCurve.com website, products and services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at UnderdogCurve.com website (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Underdog Curve, LLC, (the “Company”). The Website is offered subject to your (the “User” or “you”) acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be modified and published from time to time on the Website by the Company– including, Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website.

The Company offers a refund policy adhering to the policies mentioned and to the foregoing as stipulated below:

Access & User Information

In order to purchase services on the Website, the User may fill in the contact form on the Website (including filling out all required personal information). The User must notify the Company immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of its account.

The Company may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. The Company may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict User’s access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User certifies to the Company that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is at least 18 years of age. The User also certifies that it is legally permitted to use the Website and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User’s acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.

Payments and Fees

The Company may save User’s credit or debit card information, unless the User notifies the Company otherwise through an email to [email protected].

By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. The Company may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company will not be liable to the User or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in the U.S. Dollars. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Website and Services.

Online Payment Security

The Company uses a secure Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with real-time confirmation of payment.

Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by the Company or any outside party.

All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

All transaction data is encrypted for storage within bank-grade data centers, further protecting your credit card data.

Refund Policy

1) Singular Product Purchases

Underdog Curve, LLC offers a refund and return period of thirty (30) days. If you are dissatisfied with the products purchased, they must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of such a return, within a thirty (30) day return frame, Underdog Curve, LLC shall refund the entirety of the purchase price by original payment method, subject to the Refund Initiation Process Policy as indicated below.

Products must be returned under the following, applicable, conditions:

1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

2. A copy of the invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation must accompany the product.

2) Singular Productized Service Purchases

Underdog Curve, LLC offers a refund period of thirty (30) days. If you are dissatisfied with the Services purchased (digital courses or other downloadable productized services), you must notify us of your dissatisfaction within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of such a notification, within a thirty (30) day return frame, Underdog Curve, LLC shall refund the entirety of the purchase price by original payment method, subject to the Refund Initiation Process Policy as indicated below. At the time of refund initiation all access to refunded products will be removed. You will retain access to any other products or services

Refund Initiation

1. To initiate a refund, please email customer service at [email protected] indicating your request, date of purchase, purchase amount, name, email, and last four digits of the credit card utilized for the transaction.

3) Subscription and Installment Purchases – Physical or Digital

Products or services provided on a monthly subscription service basis do not qualify for refunds. Monthly subscription products may be cancelled at any time, with no refund allowed for any period which has passed at the time of refund initiation, per the refund initiation process outlined below.

Similarly, products or services purchased on an installment plan, where payment is spread out over more than one payment may be cancelled, however no refund will be issued for any period which has passed and or for which payment has already been made or should have been made. In the case of subscription services or products purchased via installment, all products or services are presumed to have been delivered for periods passed, whether consumed by User or not.

4) Event Purchases

Live, online, and digital conferences are never eligible for refund after the event has occurred. However, deposits or payments made up to the day before any live, online or digital conference are eligible for a full refund, regardless of when the initial payment was made.

Refund Initiation Process

All refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

Refund Initiation

After review, we will process your refund according to the terms outlined above. We do our best to process your request in a timely manner, however we may be limited by delays with third-party services providers. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your purchase to process your refund. Refunds may take up to ten (10) days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company policy. The Company is not responsible for delays or holds placed by our third-party payment processing platform of those of your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
